Bed sheets had stains, their was no intercom for contacting reception, previously the hotelier even denied to give a glass for drinking water, but after requesting a lot he provided me with a steel glass.
The bed sheets had stains over it and the hotelier denied to change it by giving an excuse, "all sheets will have same problem.
