There is no proper service and amenities they are saying only one 1 litre water theya re providing and hot water is not all their

Bathroom was not clear flush is not working No one from front desk responding to my problem Dental kit was not available Linen was not clean Horrible experience 3100 per night in ongole is highly overrated Extremely disappointed

the service was very bad!! no House keeping or AC maintenance, take hours to come and do the work... whatever you ask for will take atleast 40mins to reach, be it room cleaning, water bottle refill even food delivery etc...

Hotel Novosis is best for comfortable staying with family because it is located in the heart of the city. Hospitality is also good and safe for the family.

Premises is good we r staying comfortably and premises location also near by BUSSTAND.. goodddddddd

The hotel was good very near to airport, food down the restaurant is also good easy for the travellers to get a decent stay near the airport

The wash room is dirty, in room bad smell, leaking ac water, no hot water, the tapes are not working properly, bad towles.

The hotel staff were really polite and gentle. The taste of the hotel food was really awesome. First time tasted egg biryani and chicken 65 they were really worth for the money. Ambient and not noisy too. Room and toilet were clean and ac/tv/hot water were available too

Very cooperative staff due to some problem we have to change room. Staff was cooperative and help us shift

The room is very hygienic, with a clean bed, amenities such as a kettle, tea and coffee sachets wear provided, the washroom was clean with basic amenities

The hotel room was so clean overall the hotel was so good and really liked it staying there
