Everything was ok but there was no lift because the hotel was on the 3rd floor with luggage stairs walking too difficult

bad rooms and not clean

Nice room arrangment, comfortable bed, nice decoration, ac room, tv facilities, good washroom also

The stay at hotel was good and the members were helpful and attendive. Room is mediocre in cleanliness. Con: bathroom door lock was broken. Lift service is not there and the hotel is placed at the second floor of thr building. So elderly and people with walking problems will have difficulty.

It’s on the third floor with no lift. The rooms are not well kept with cockroaches running around. Though the staff is good but the overall experience with the propert is not.

The property is located in Sector 16 of Gandhinagar which is having near by Food hubs & other shopping complexs. Hotel is average, small and on 3 rd floor without lift facility. It's the only drawback. Rooms are small but cosy. A/c is in working condition. No breakfast but morning tea with biscuits 🍪 can be provided. Overall good for youngsters & not for Senior citizens.

We had the following issues. 1. No information that it was on third floor. It was a harrowing experience every time we needed to climb to it by stairs. No elevator faculty 2. The rooms need to be spruced up for cleanliness and upkeep. There were even cigarettes butts on the toilet floor ! the only plus point was excellent staff behaviour.

I was early at the location, i requested for early check in they didn't have the room available. I was ok with it but after that the guy allotted a room which was small was ok with it. But the flush was not working room was not clean was there for 3 hrs only in that i couldn't take a nap. As they said they have to fit the flush.

There is no food and only tea coffee available

The room was not as mentioned in the picture during booking from the app. The bathroom was dirty and the bedsheet was also not clean. There was no packed water bottle available on arrival.

It's so good and friendly nature staff and for single girl or lady it's safe hotel

Location was very good. It's near a mall and also all things are available nearby. The area around the hotel is open and and place is less crowded.

Hotel incharge was unprofesional, charged higher due to the reason that i checked in 2 hours before. I would really never recommend this hotel.

Hotel was at third floor without any lift. No helper to carry luggage for upstairs and downstairs. Look wise and facilities wise hotel was below average. Worth zero star.

Awesome.

Not good as family members, stay only for men.

Place, room are perfect and their manager behaviors is so gentle.
