Hotel Krishna

First of all the check in was not smooth and was not proper as I have to wait for an 2 hour just to get the confirmation from the property side for the checking so that was not a good experience and after that the hotel room was so average as per the price it was not good, it was dirty and not so cleaned and maintained. Thank You!!

Stay was okay, served well and will book again if visiting the city. Recommended for solos also the food near by is great too.

The stay wasn't all that great. When i called to inquire about getting to the hotel, the receptionist mumbled and didn't speak properly. When we got to the hotel, they gave us a room with a faulty bathroom door. The water in the room wasn't pre-packed. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The room's door didn't lock and worst of all, there was no water in the morning. When i inquired about the water, the receptionist blamed me saying i might have shut off the valves.

Well the room and amenities were great. But an incident happened that left me feeling shortchanged. There exists a hotel jay krysna across the road which claims to be in existence for 22 years. The hotel had staff who couldn't read english and gave me a room without confirming that i was booked with them. I had discussed regarding early check-in but the person just gave me a room that was of very average quality and asked to speak to the owner at 11:30 am when he would arrive. I left for local sightseeing and returned after the timing of my booking had started. When i discovered that the auto had dropped at this hotel which has deceptive similarity to the actual hotel i was booked for, the owner slapped an unfair charge oand said it was my mistake. He refused to agree that not having competent staff to confirm booking when i had presented the booking confirmation voucher was not really my fault. This hotel that is masquerading as the hotel i booked for said that doesn't provide them with visitor details and they normally just give a room. I would like to bring this unfortunate and unfair situation after which i shifted to the correct hotel. My stay was curtailed by almost 5-6 hrs in a hotel of my choice and was unfairly slapped with a charge Please avoid this and put suitable corrective measures so that there is no miscommunication regarding place of booking. As for the rest, it left a bitter taste in the mouth that such a thing could happen despite my explaining to the auto wallah in hindi as to my destination.
