They didn't give even iota of what they promise. Even if this is the last Hotel in this world don't stay here.

There was no facility for luggage keeping and hot water to Bath, even at payment of extra charges.

Not more than lodge. Small room, which hardly had place left after bed is placed. Hot water for drinking is charged high. Normal water provided only after asking that too in plain rough bottles. Location is OK as near to raghunath temple. Staff seem to be arrogant without any smile on face. Irony they have written pay with smile. I didn't take breakfast or dinner so no idea about food. It is located in front of slum, so from window only slums & their walls can be viewed. TV with cable available. Hot water for bath is on only after asking, that too very slow. Cheap one time bath soap is given, no shampoo, oil or moisturizer. No WiFi.

Nice to stay at Hotel New Fiza. Centrally located. Easy access to nearby places. Hotel staff was nice and cooperative. Keep dust bins and ch pals N rooms. Every one should stay here. I recommend all to stay in this hotel.

Food prices were so high and unreasonable. Price menu was not provided at the time of order. At the time of check-out we were surprised to see so high food prices.
Cleanliness was good but because rooms were in basement, air-ventilation was not there and we were forced to stay in stale air.
