Over all experience good. But need improve like dust bin not available in room. So that I will recommend to Hotel Neeraj International Jamui atleast dust bin provide each room as well as TV is not working also.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Neeraj International in Jamui. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were truly exceptional. A special mention to Sunny and Santosh, who were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The reception staff (anshumaan singh, vijay kumar) was equally supportive and polite, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. What truly stood out was their flexibility and understanding. They allowed me a few extra hours of stay after check-out, which was a huge relief. Additionally, they provided a locker room for my bags, ensuring my belongings were safe while I explored the area. Overall, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jamui for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I was not allowed to check-in at either of the properties. They were fully sold out

Parking space not provided, so parked my car on road. Also property is under construction, so i got a half finished room. Bed sheet and pillow cover are used and washroom was also not cleaned l.

The manager behaviour was too harsh. He is not supportive. The service and the cleaniness was terrible. Over all it was a dying situation in the room.

Very poor hygiene, rooms are untidy, pillows, beds and bedsheets are in poor state, room walls inside room are chipped, paint peeling off. The bathroom is not only too small and has a rusted door made of gi sheet, inside bathroom there is a drainpipe, a hole - made to put exhaust - left uncovered. The restaurant is ok, the staff are good and courteous. Looking at the pathetic state of the hotel, i moved to which is excellent. The reception area and entrance is crowded with motor bikes, push cart. No lift except stairs.

Rooms are very unhygienic walls are chipping off and paint is peeling off bathrooms are dirty sofas and pillows are stinking there is no lift restaurant is ok and food is good. This gi sheet is bath room door. This is reception. Look at the drainage pipe inside and hole in the wall probably for exhaust fan. Walls with cracks. Chipped wall and peeled plaster. Please take out this property, it does not deserve 1 out of 5

people at the reception are nice and gentle but things are beyond them، first there is no lift، I have knee replacement and still recovering western toilet on 2nd floor, toilet flush and viter not working, not flushing, bed linen looks very old, bath area very small
