Enjoyed a lot there Nice place to visit and nearby area all are very good

The hotel is exactly on mall road, in an walking distance of 1 minute from center of the mall market, which makes it easy to find location wise, as well as less noisy than compared to crowded central mall market area. We checked in to room No 103(2nd on 19th December & checked out on 22nd December, 2017 after a nice, peaceful stay of 3 days. I also booked my flight through MMT & got a huge discount by using the booking ref no as coupon code & booked room for only 320/- per night including all.

Room facilities were good and Worth for money. It is also located on road side near to petrol pump. It will be helpful for Travellers. Rooms were nice and spacious, good for traveller and very near to mall road.

Outstanding. Location is too good if you piece loving and asking relaxing trip, it is over all recommended for all. Safe and secure, noise free, clean lovers. Very near to bus stop and Bengali hotel and children park

Nice location and value for money. Room is good but the only thing is that there is no ceiling fans. Bug its fine due to cool weather in Manali. And the hotel also have their own taxi service which makes your trip awesome.

Though the hotel is small and a bit difficult to locate even though its on the main road it very near to the city market. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Wasn't expecting the room to be this clean on seeing it from the outside. Staff are co-operative and helpful. I suggest the place to bachelor's as well as couples looking for a decent stay for a very reasonable rate.

The location is great 5 mins walking distance from mall road bus stand etc but service not good had to keep asking for even the basics.. No cleaning done not even once in 2 days we did a little bit ourselves only.

Experience is good, rooms are nice, toilet are good but room service is not properly. Everything is near to hotel. Views from the hotel are good. Hotel manager is nice. Hotel amenities are good. Wi-Fi are available.

We stay three days here feeling awesome in this property. Silent atmosphere. Room service good. This hotel too near in mall market. Near taxi stand, near hedimba temple, boddhist temple, bon Bihar, club house etc. So all this place near in this place. Attended is good and always help for customer.

Hotel is placed at busy mall road, it would be better if restaurant or room service was available in the hotel. When we were booking the hotel through makemytrip website, that time we were not known that AC or fan is not available, so AC, fan was not available.

Room were meet and clean and the room service was also good. But at the checkout time the person asked me to pay extra for extra bed while I have already paid at make my trip for extra bed. I saw him bill and settled this matter

The hotel is located on The Mall Road a very good location of Manali town can be seen from there the room service was quite impressive the food quality was good the place had a quiet soothing atmosphere parking was also available outside the hotel no need to go anywhere just check in there.

The location was excellent. The behavior of the stuffs were very good. Bathroom was clean. The carpet needs to get cleaned and some Taps must be replaced. Overall its a good experience. I'll suggest people to stay at Neelkanth.
