they were clueless about our booking online, had to wait for while in the lounge doing nothing

I had worst experience at this hotel, I was treated to an unwelcomed environment at this hotel, the receptionist had no clue how to treat guests. My wife, son(1yr infant) and I were clueless about what was happening, and to our surprise the hotel owner was rude too, asking us to either cancel our stay/ or bear them at their mercy. All this event started at the reception as the receptionist had no idea about our booking and he kept us waiting for hours and when we inquired from the owner himself he took us for granted, telling us about cancellation and blah blah 😔. All this meantime the receptionist was sarcastically smiling at us.

Peaceful place. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is delicious. They offer oxygen cylinders as well on rent

Hotel was good, service was amazing, manager & other staff are very polite. Overall it was very good experience 😊

The location is good but it's quite interior. The location marked on google maps is incorrect so you must call the hotel and get the correct address. Service is slow. The place is beautiful for staying with family and friends.
