Hotel was clean. However washroom was not upto the mark. Toilet seat was broken. Hand towels were not provided. Ac was at good working condition. Tea served was also good. Staff was very decent and courteous. I would give 3 star rating. Thanks

Sankalp when you have not stayed in my hotel how can you write Terrible Stay. You wanted me to cancel your booking and refund you your booking amount which you didn't pay to me, I asked you to call MMT for any payment issue as I was not authorised to do so. When you pay money to someone you collect money from them not from third party, we have a cancellation policy and MMT refund money accordingly.
Average hotel. Pols check room physically before accepting.
I had booked a superior room non ac. But i believe i was given an ordinary room. The next day i saw the superior room & was shocked to learn that i was given an ordinary delux room. When i asked the person at the reception, why this was done? he cool says the superior room

Sir we have only two categories of rooms 1. Superior rooms and 2. Delux rooms. On checking i came to know that you were given room 101 which is a deluxe room with bigg window and a private balcony that means that you were upgraded to a better room than ordinary room (superior room) which you booked. In my hotel every room is different one from other with its interior decore so it might have given you an impression that other-one is better than yours. Thanks for your review next time when you come we will give you room with decore which is of your taste.

Recommended to stay with family
Very prime location, nearby the main sight seeing places, polite staff, clean rooms, nice food available, large sized beds to accommodate 3 adults very comfortably.

Nice place ( read description)
It was a good stay but basic necessities we not available like hot water, towels, soaps, telephone facilities & many more. But the hotel is located at a nice location mostly temples are close to it. The staff is good as they were trying to help us with the most they can. The hotel was under renovation so maybe that’s why they were lacking facilities but otherwise it is a good choice if you are planning to visit khajuraho with family.

The property denied entry at the hotel
I couldn't check in, knowing that i had booked from mmt. Very disappointing and shocking trip. Mm t official need to intervene so that no such problems occur to any traveler in future. The owner rudely behaviour also need to highlight.
