Location is good but in winter season this property not good couses hot water not provided in a toilet

If u want affordable and compromised facilities like a dharamshala then it's ok, but if u r with family then avoid it, poorly maintain, unhygienic, no permanent reception, no record keeping in register. I changed 2 rooms, first one was too much dirty, in second after giving extra amount mobile charging pin was not working ultimately same day i left from this property.

Ac in room was not working. After complaint owner changed the room.

1. Took extra cash to stay, then demanded extra for ac. 2. Provided very cheap, dirty & unhygienic room. 3. No amenities, even a water purifier wasn't available.

Ok. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. And budget friendly

When we reached hotel reception they don't even know about our booking. The room allotted have no hot water connection. After request they change the room which is seem to be in basement which was terribly cold in winter.

Very conveniently located near west group of monuments, easily accessible from both airport and railway station. Staff are super friendly and helpful

Room not clean not any attend present in reception area. No presence of television in any room etc. Whole hotel have wrong image present not any single corner have clean bathroom is very dirty.

Charged for 3 beds in booking but provided only double bed. Room and bathroom was not cleaned.

it was good service & beautiful natural surrounding inside hotel.. yes, they have charged 250 extra for a standard room where it should be in my charges what i paid already. 🙏

Nice location. Behavior of hotel staff is very co operative.

Soiled and spot filled lenin, not prepared before hand, poor quality of pillows, toilet flush not properly working, room not cleaned and dusted,

The price at which you will get this property is soo great, cleanliness location from the western temples and around market area all great.

Rooms are good, but view of the face de and other things are not up to the mark.
Restaurant and hotel garden are very poorly maintained. Everywhere is garbage only, although there is greenery.

In the night owner of the hotel knocked the door of our room when we were in fast sleep, and asked when we would vacate the room next day. Very bad. There was no power supply in night at about 12 p clock. We shout for back up. Generator was started after long time of waiting but it did give power in our and nearby rooms. It came at about 4am. When only we could sleep again. In the morning when we wanted to take bath there was no hot water in the taps. It became available after long wait when had taken bath in cold water. Please check.
Room was very small in size. There was no more space in the room. The owner of the hotel disturbed us when we were in fast sleep in the night to ask when would we leave hotel next day.

In night two persons knocked the door of our hotel room and we were in fast asleep we felt very much disturbed they asked what was our program to vacate the room next day it was too disturbing to the guests and unfriendly. Please take in notice surely. In the night there was no electricity at about 1 am. We got up from the sleep. We shout for electricity back up. They started generator but our room did not get power. Electricity supply came at 4 am.

Room was clean, location was good but the management can be better.

Just terrible hotel I have ever seen.
