Me and my colleague who was working with me stayed at this hotel. When we checked in, the security guard—an elderly man—didn’t even ask us whether we had a booking or not. The rooms were on the 2nd floor, and there was no lift, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. The manager was not available at that time, yet someone helped us check in and gave us room numbers 209 and 210, which had cot beds.
When we mentioned that we had booked single rooms with queen beds, they said those were not available. After we raised our concern firmly, they changed one of the rooms. However, the shower in that room wasn’t working, and the room’s condition was so poor that even OYO rooms are better. It didn’t feel like a proper hotel at all.
