No toiletries provided. When asked they said chargeable. Drinking water in room was a mere 200ml bottle. More was chargeable. Good was pathetic

Car parking is insufficient. We had to park our car outside on service road. Hotel rooms are not that maintained, e. G. Fan regulator was not working. Toilet flush was too hr d to push. Hotel food is too costly when compared with outside food with same quality

It's a decent hotel for just a night halt while on a long journey. The staff is very good and the food is decent too.

hotel was good. hotel restaurant has limitations. food quality is good. room service is available. employees are very cooperative. lift has issues that can not be driven by everyone. children to avoid.

Worst
Actually we booked 2 rooms that included breakfast and dinner. While entering the hotel it self manger said dinner is limited and they give 3 chapati per person and one type of subji and little rice and if need anything else we have to pay for that. What kind of a behavior is this. We have paid around 14k for one night for two rooms is it not a cheating from the hotel and also mmt should not consider this type of hotel. Breakfast was also very bad.

nice hotel
Hotel is located at the city centre besides the highway. Prozone mall is less than a kilometre away. All tourist spots ( except Ajanta Caves) can be accessed within 30km. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are courteous. Vegetarian food ( both room service and restaurant) is available. Limited open parking is available.

Average Stay
The service was very poor. Even after charging they are not providing basic items like dental kit, body lotion, shaving kit and providing only 500ml ml drinking water. In buffet breakfast only sandwich and poori bhaji and water melon papaya provided and even fruit juice was not provided. But they are charging equal to five star hotel. Worst experience. Very poor service and breakfast provided was not worth for money paid by me

familyWe stayed at this hotel on our way towards aurangabad. It was the night of deepavali and we were about the only occupants in this hotel. The restaurant was also closed due to the function and we were worried about getting food for the night. But the hotel staff were very helpful and provided us a few restaurants nearby which we ordered throe zomato. The hotel is well located and had all the amenities for a traveller. They provided us a good breakfast the next morning and we left from there satisfied.

Terrible stay
Rooms were stinking. Coffee table was refused. Had to argue a lot to get.
