Average lodge experience at Monarch Centrepoint Dahanu
No tv working neither toiletries provided had to ask for the same while at the same time frequent power cuts whole day, as a business traveller you'll have to manage according to hotel, not going here again talking abt food as i am pure vegetarian i didnt ear here because they have same kitchen and utensils for veg and nonveg location is decent, if you're pure veg u will have to manage ur food

Poor Stay
Staff was little rude and not accommodating. No hot water for bath. For every small thing, had to call and walk to front desk like fixing the TV remote etc.

Best one if needed near the dahanu railway station

Will not suggest to stay at Hotel Monarch centre point even for half price.
familyAmenities written was not there in actual like Kettle, 20% discount on foods, etc. Intercom was not working. We were 3 persons & booked couple room as not available for 3 persons. But we paid extra 600 for extra person. Manager was not ready to give Soap, Towel, etc. for third person. He was very much upset when we asked for handwash, soap, etc. They dont gave additional pillow, chadar also. Please note that they dont have double bed as mentioned but they give 2 single bed & combine... There is a big gap between both beds. AC Swing was not working so I sleep on extra mattress which was just below Ac, so I was feeling so much cold while those who sleep on Bed feeling hot. Manager advice to keep AC on 28 & ask to Keep Fan on 5, so that person who sleep on bed will not get hot. Is this the solution ? Only Free local channels are available to watch on Tv. You will not get any reputed channels on tv. Staff is not supportive & arrogant. In short, not a single thing is positive...

Poor Stay
Do not provide single beds and rude staff, and no allowance for outside food when inhouse restaurant is pathetic. Please work on your hospitality.

Good for prize
The room was decent with a comfortable bed, ac and bathroom. The food was very spicy. Tea is not provided until l 6pm. Overall its good for the prize; however its a small hotel with no space to spend time in the locality.

Worst experience ever, that is not a hotel it is a lodge where family cannot stay, beds are stinking & so as washroom. Not at all meant for family
