Hotel Beach Classic

My experience has been quite disappointing. The room is not clean, and the amenities are not as promised. The staff seems unhelpful, and the overall atmosphere is not welcoming. *Specific Issues:* - Unclean room with stains on the floor and bed sheets - Unfriendly and unresponsive staff - ⁠Hot water issue

cockroach, spiderweb in room, hot water not available direct in tap, they give hot water bucket from kitchen, Food & promises was good. Focus on housekeeping in room.

after check in, found clothes of a service guys lying in the cupboard. rooms were messy. no hygiene. room service was pathetic. half of the staff were on leave. food order took one to one and a half hour after reminding for multiple times

not good, light's didn't work in lobby and the smell of room was not good.

The hotel's staff were lost all the time or hiding something. The entire hotel was stinking with a typical oil smell. The luxurious room was not h ING anything called luxurious, in fact the bath tub was uncleanness and not maintained. There were spots of bucket on the bathroom floor. The reception area was closed and operated from a temporary cabin set up in the facade. The guests were shouting in the lobby due to no water in the bathroom, finally after 15 minutes someone released. Only the location was good nothing else.

The location was very close to the beach & service is also good

I requested early check in before 3 days and hotel staff said yed over phone call, but instead of early check in we have given 30 min late check in at 1.30 PM. Very unsupportive behavior by hotel staff.

The hotel was great, food was little expensive but taste was good. Also beach was on walking distance from the property. Music sets the perfect vibes for the property restaurant. Must go

this is reasonably priced hotel .food is good but room is average.. bathrooms are old....beach is immediate next for morning walk.

Location is the best in the region. Food is excellent. Amenities are luxurious. The services are satisfactory and are also best in the region.

The location of the beach view hotel dahanu is excellent with good parking space. Sea shore is just a road across. Chaupatty was at walking distance. Food was good. The room was average and could be better. The washroom was not up to the mark. Overall average rating.

Extremely arrogant manager. Didn't provide us the mattress for 3rd person so the 3rd person had to stay out

Found on make my trip app. My stay was for three days. It was a very comfortable stay with it since the room was clean and nit. This hotel is exactly in front of dahanu

The room's cleanliness was subpar. The toilet was unclean, and the towel provided smelled like it had been used before. No toiletries provided. The bed sheet was torn. To add to the frustration, the TV didn't work at all. It's shocking that these basic amenities were not only missing. I would not recommend to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to improve the cleanliness, maintain the amenities, and be honest about what they offer. - Poor cleanliness - Charged extra for basic amenities - Non-functional TV - Uncomfortable stay

Room service is very poor and veg & non veg dinner both item is very poor & very test less very disappointing

Waste 1 hrs for checking no cleaning in hotel and no staff is understanding the requirements. I had call with mmt to check in
