Need to improve for betterment

The location of the hotel was very good. I would rate it a 5 star. The room was clean. Lights were dim in the room and the washroom. The lift was not working and we were senior citizens. So it was quite difficult to walk up the stairs. But the hotel staff helped us a lot by carrying our luggage.

A pleasant stay

The rooms are nice, spacious and value for money. Staff is polite and always available. It's near from bus stand and railway Station. A big thumbs up to the team. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
