Review Of YB HOME 2

Only room with basic amenities. water supply in bathroom taps are very poor, had to request for a bucket to collect water for bath as the shower water strength is so poor that having bath is highly challenging. A wash basin in dining room didn't had hand wash even after repeated request. even to get room keys the caretaker took much time. overall management is poor. This is an average property to stay under necessity as only place near OP Jindal university. The room didn't had any cupboard , bed, pillows, light is good. Gap in 1 window through which insects come. Window AC is ok. Fan only runs at 1 & 5, biggest challenge is water pressure extremely low in bathroom, cleaning hands with soap , bathing is quite a challenge, open kitchen with microwave & freeze, dining table is quite good. But couldn't get liquid handwash filled in wash basin at dining hall after repeated request. Behaviour of attendant is good , but room problems needs immediate addressals

Property was well maintained. The owner/care-taker was polite and helpful.

Yb homes is situated just opposite op jindal global university and therefore you can walk down 200 metres. However this is located on the highway and quite far from actual sonipat city and there is hardly any local transport available for communication. The cabs demand exhorbitant price. Also they are not readily available. Moreover yb homes is situated in express city which is a township not fully grown. It is therefore quiet lonely. The naini problem is electricity that gets frequently cut off especially in the night.

We stayed at the YB Home2 for a day. in total it is a Good experience. What we required from a home stay was a family comfortable atmosphere. and we got it. Stellar point the cosy room with soft lights which we prefer at out home also was available. bathroom was in perfect condition. clean andspotless. Stay was nice and safe, neat and clean.
