Review Of Hotel MB Plaza

Rooms are small, TV not working, no effort made/offered if guest wanted to watch, torn towels in washroom, again no effort made/offered to replace towels. Bedsheets and pillow covers are like 9-10 years old, threads coming out from them because it has been washed 100s of times. Chair in room is without any cushion we sit, it's just wooden we sit on, not comfortable at all. Only Paratha and Curd was available in the name of Breakfast, no fruits available when I asked, guest has to choose any 1 thing from the list. Their main business is catering and restaurant hence the false rating of 4.4, their rooms business if below average. MUST be aware of this and cannot make excuses of any kind and OWN their responsibility as guests ends up paying for something which is not more than 700 or 900 INR.

No parking , on road, No hospitality , pathetic services. Room were having Mosquitoes, Not recommended.

The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was spic and span. All lights were working. I had asked for a wake up call. I got the call at right time.
