Misleading and false description of the propert
I am totally disappointed about my stay at Hotel Mayur Residency near Ellora caves.First the hotel is located more than 2.1 km away from the Ellora caves but in your website it is mentioned that this hotel is located at 230 m away from the Ellora Caves. Moreover chekin time mentioned in my booking slip is after 12 noon but when I came to hotel at 12.00 noon the hotel said that the checkin time is after 1.0 pm. I booked this hotel only for the location

Poor Stay
On my stay at this hotel the services are very poor. Tv and geyser was not in working condition. There was no provision for breakfast even we could not get a cup of tea. There was no provision for almirah and a glass for drinking water. We requesy u not to advise any customer for stay in that hotel in futute. For transparency, we would like to clarify that during your stay, our team received repeated requests for multiple extra water bottles and other complimentary facilities which go beyond the standard offerings provided to all guests. Additionally, requests related to the cancellation of your booking were made at the property level, which is not within our control, as per the policies of the booking platform used. We firmly believe that this negative review is a reaction to the denial of unreasonable requests, including extra amenities for outsiders and cancellation demands that could not be processed onsite. At no point were the services like the geyser, TV, or cleanliness compromised — these claims are factually incorrect and do not align with our property standards. The property is at perfect location from the place I wanted to go Restaurant is not there but it was fine as a stay
