It is a decent hotel and Worth the price. room was big and had good restaurant. location to grishneshwar temple is also 5 km and overall it was very convenient to stay, eat and leave hassle free.

The location was convenient and easy to reach. The food quality was average, though a bit overpriced considering the area. However, the property had some issues — there was an unpleasant smell in the room, insects were roaming around, and the AC was leaking water.

The hotel was pathetic and very very unhygienic. The bedding was smelling like hell. The washroom was not clean. But the staff of the hotel was cooperative The restaurant was clean and the taste of the food was good

I am extremely disappointed with the service at your property. There is no hot water in the morning, and the flush in the bathroom is not working properly. I informed your staff multiple times, but no one has taken any action. This is unacceptable, especially when we are paying for basic comfort. Please address this immediately or I will be forced to escalate this issue to your higher management and leave a public review. I hope you take this seriously and resolve it without further delay

The guy at the reception was more interested in Playing game on his mobile rather than addressing the guest, he never stopped playing game for even for a second. The staff was arrogant and displayed poor professionalism, night went along and came morning time. No water in washroom, even after multiple requests, water never came, could not use washroom or take bath. Absolutely Pathetic experience, never go there.

Very poor service. The manager is very rude. Reception not mended during night time The rooms are dirty and stinky. The name is Great Annapurna, but this hotel ownership Not recommended for pilgrimage devotees.

Hotel is easy to locate and nearby Ellora Caves/Jyotirlinga. We booked two rooms and requested for a room on ground floor, since it wasn't available we got a room on first floor. One of the worst hotel to stay in, no room service, no cleaniness in bathroom, no clean bed and dirty bedsheets , had a bad experience, won’t recommend

The ambience was good,parking was nice,it was a perfect destination to stay with family.

location is 4 km away from grishmeshwar jyotirlinga. staff is kind,but the service is extremely slow or we need to remind same thing multiple times. no lift available restaurant staff is not supported no hot water available 24/7 because of above three reason, i am not satisfied.
