The place, accommodation & room size are good, but the room service ok, because every time 2-3 times remind given to the receptionist.

The rooms were ok for stay. Food was good. The location is near the city so accessible for restautant and Nakki lake.

Average Stay
Stay was good, room is clean, but the service is very slow, drinking water not there, toilet paper also not there in the bathroom i called them for many times for different different things but they respond very slow.

Excellent stay and excellent food
businessVery clean hotel. Excellent staycase for business family and for all stay. Nice staff as well. Restro and bar is the pluses point. Spa is also there.

Poor Stay
Rooms were small for the price point. I had to ask for every amenity that should be present there like kattle, water, sleepers, etc. Shower heads were not cleaned so water wasn't flowing properly. Washbasin tap was broken. Positives- location is good, rooms were clean. Honest staff, i lost my key, they gave me duplicate at a price but at night one staff found it and they gave me original key back and i didn't had to pay for duplicate key.

Worse hospitality and the way of talking to customer like road side people i will. Never go to this hotel again in my whole life - if thereis negative rative i will give to the hotel negative rating

Nice hotel and rooms
First of call there is good staf and also good rooms provided by hotel in this price. Location is very good near market as well as nakki lake.
