The hotel was okโฆ restaurant was good. The room was just about ok. Washbasin drain was not working, hair dryer was also not in working condition. All accepted but needs to learn manners & how to behave with guests. There was a incident where i agree i did not pay attention to the bedsheet as we had checked in very late at night & i agree my mistake i did not call at night only, but i was being decent . Next day the very first thing i did was to tell the reception that sheet was torn. After we left for sight seeing, we came back around 8.30 and he started accusing us of burning the sheet and why we did not tell him in the night itself. He also made a very dirty face and in a very crude way said you are responsible for the damage. First we were calm, but then we also lost our cool. We tried to explain that we do not have an iron, but this guy was beyond any reasoning. This is not the way to behave with guests. Or there should be learning & development manager for such rude people sitting on the reception running business. I will not recommend this hotel
