Good Stay
Hotel is very good, cleanliness very good, hospitality service also very nice. We stayed for 1 night and satisfied with stay experience. For tv activation we had to call multiple times to recharge

Good location and amenities, rooms should be more ventilated as windows are totally closed, overall the experience is great 4. 5/5. Better than some main channel brands.

I have stayed here so many times because i got the room with breakfast in rs 2500. 00, approximately with gst, and the room and breakfast i got was awesome. I have stayed here earlier also, and i would love to stay again and again.

Excellent Stay
It was value for money. Very clean and organized. Despite being on highway not much noise. Just one suggestion on improving mattresses. Spring mattress was not very comfortable to sleep. May be it is a personal choice. 5

familyAt highway is a very good hotel. The room is clean and the staff is very supportive. The food and breakfast is good quality his restaurant is superb and spacious. Car parking space is also good.

Excellent Service and Cleaning
I stayed at Hotel Mansi for one night with my family. The check in Process was too good with less time and the reception staff was very helpful and very polite. And Food........! It was amazing ๐ I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is also too good at Hotel Mansi. Hotel Mansi has a Playing area for kids, And big space for car parking. I highly recommend this Hotel Mansi.

Terrible Stay
The hotel was okโฆ restaurant was good. The room was just about ok. Washbasin drain was not working, hair dryer was also not in working condition. All accepted but needs to learn manners & how to behave with guests. There was a incident where i agree i did not pay attention to the bedsheet as we had checked in very late at night & i agree my mistake i did not call at night only, but i was being decent . Next day the very first thing i did was to tell the reception that sheet was torn. After we left for sight seeing, we came back around 8.30 and he started accusing us of burning the sheet and why we did not tell him in the night itself. He also made a very dirty face and in a very crude way said you are responsible for the damage. First we were calm, but then we also lost our cool. We tried to explain that we do not have an iron, but this guy was beyond any reasoning. This is not the way to behave with guests. Or there should be learning & development manager for such rude people sitting on the reception running business. I will not recommend this hotel

Nice property
groupThis property is located on jamnagar highway. They have very big rooms, have their own restaurant too. Overall it's good property to stay. However their policy with regards to outside visitors is not clear, it is not mentioned anywhere that visitors are not allowed to meet inside the room. We were expecting one of our visitor (local friend) early morning to meet us. Receptionist did not allow him to come to room. He asked us to meet him in common area or at their restaurant. After arguing with us for almost 40mins he charged extra rs. 500 and allowed us to meet him. We have first time come across such incident where visitors are not allowed to meet someone in room. I have done booking so many times but never came across such situation. The receptionist was showing us general google policy (and not their policy) with regards to the visitors. Even the hotel does not have their rules and regulations mentioned on it. Therefore i showed him the rules and regulations mentioned on for the same hotel which were in there was no clarity about visitors. Only point he was emphasizing "hotel reserves right for admission. I feel should get clarity with the hotel with regards to local visitors so such incidents. Don't get me wrong wrong, it's a good property to stay with your family and friends. It just this one incident which has disappointed us. I always do my bookings, be it domestic or international. But i did not come across any such issues in the past.

I m really sorry for that sir. Actually we do not allow female visitors in the Hotel rooms. And you didn't even inform us that early in the morning any visitor would come with his/her luggage. After that we allowed you the common hall/Reception Hall/ Restaurant for the meeting, But you were not agree; just bcz of the guests did not come to visit He/She came for only use the room. That's why we demanded visitors ID's and extra person charge. That's it. But still we apologize for this. I m really very sorry from bottom of my heart for that sir. Thank You ๐

The place was good and also the hospitality. The only thing was that, there was a cigarette box in the room, though it was empty but it caused a bit of a drift. But apart from that everything was good. it is okay anyhow i liked the hospitality
