I have stayed in Hotel Aram aram more than a few times and the stay has been pleasant every time, this time was no different. The rooms and clean and more importantly for me is the ambiance which is very calm, silent. To retire after a hectic day’s work, aram is among the best places. The Hotel Aram is in the middle of the city therefore accessibility is also good.

It was good. Well-mannered and helpful staff. Just one point I want to bring to notice is, the extra bed is not comfortable. In the middle of the mattress, there is a gap which falls at west level. There is a gap, which is uncomfortable. I request to check and solve this issue. Thank you.

I got a free upgrade to the Executive Suit room which is very spacious and luxurious with fine aesthetics. The restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Service is quick and good hospitality, staff are very courteous.

Everything was ok except they refused to provide iron for pressing clothes and charged 25₹ for each garment for already preesed clothes.This is an unfair policy i believe.

Aaram a good old Hotel, but right now behind there is a construction activity going on, so it is slightly affected. Rooms are smaller but clean. Old property. Food is Excellent.
