Not a good experience at all. Untidy bathrooms, flickering lights, broken AC's. No proper management. infrastructure is good.

Service is poor. Bathroom is not clean. No toilet stationary. Only 1 bottle of water is free in a day. No coffee, tea, water boiler in room. Food is very costly.

Rooms are ok but bathrooms need to updated. room service is good. Staff behavior was also good .Overall it's average stay .

TV without recharge or wifi. room maintenance was poor you can't up and down the curtains, door lock key failed 3 times, no update of guests list in breakfast room.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly. The bed was cozy, and amenities were satisfactory. However, wi-fi was slow. Overall, a decent stay for the first night.

never stay here .no any basic facilities like hot water .room cleaning. lock of most of rooms are not working properly.we stay here for two nights on first night when we reached hotel after dinner and party at 1 pm our room was not open by our key and even their master keys were not working properly so after waiting of more then one hour in passage area they said that your room will not open till morning 9 am ... and they said you can sleep in any room which are open ....lift were not working . ultimate very hopeless horrible experience we faced here

Good room, spacious, there were many mosquitoes no mosquitoes protection provided, other wise good.

We were to catch flight in 15 hours, Once after i booked my wife and her brother checked the reviews in internet and was just upset because of reviews from others cuss all we need is a good place to sleep as we were tired. However, we reached the hotel, they provided a neat and clean room with cleaner beds. And food was good too. We liked it. We cant expect to have 5 star features when you paying prices of 2 star right. But they still do.

The property is very close (5mins) from the airport and therefore convenient if you intend to head to dwarka next morning. They picked us up from the airport even late in the night. It seems the property is used only for parties / gatherings in the lawn. A lot of maintenance and upkeep is needed for their rooms. The reception smells very moist. In the room, the pillows and bed sheet were in bad condition. These guys changed it once they were told. The rooms, while spacious are old and also smell moist. Had to ask them to put a room freshner. Didn’t take breakfast so can’t comment on food.
