Review Of Hotel Aram

Everything was ok except they refused to provide iron for pressing clothes and charged 25₹ for each garment for already preesed clothes.This is an unfair policy i believe.

Stay was very comfortable Staff is very co-operative and quick in response Excellent food Room was very clean . Location is prime , it’s very convenient to visit all places .

I always have pleasant stay at Aaram. Aaram offers Professional and curtious staff, well understood needs of customers and good service.

Our stay was overall good. Only small issues like washroom didn't have latches and bucket tumbler. And food was bit overpriced. Rest everything was perfect.

I have stayed in hotel aram more than a few times and the stay has been pleasant every time, this time was no different. The rooms and clean and more importantly for me is the ambiance which is very calm, silent. To retire after a hectic day’s work, aram is among the best places. The hotel is in the middle of the city therefore accessibility is also good.

The room had a musty smell. No shampoo, shower gel in washroom. No lift. Construction work going on. At-he hotel should not have accepted booking while renovation work was being undertaken. It looked shabby, unclean, dust everywhere, too much sound. Only the staff were the saving grace. Not much variety in breakfast spread. Would not recommend.

The tariff they charge, does not justify the services. Rooms were in poor condition, and specially washrooms, linens. Linens were so old that we don’t even use them for wiping. Despite of we asking for a room change, it was same condition. The hand wash and body wash they used were too bad. There was water leakage in the washroom. The handshower was so dirty that one even don’t feel like taking shower. In all it was very bad experience.

My stay in hotel aram this time was nondescript as i checked into my room only in the night for sleep and checked out the next day early morning. The room was well maintained and clean. All necessary things like toiletries were available. While on business trip, what we need after a hectic day is a peaceful place to rest and recharge for the next day. A ram is well suited for the same.

Room was appropriately cleaned. Amenities in room and hotel were adequate. Food quality was excellent in taste and variety of food items in breakfast. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is provided with a bill with gst and the amount i booked is not matching. Due to that i am not able to claim it

Ac was not cooling properly, it almost took an hour to cool the room and there was no fan in the room, but the food was good).

Perfect location, stay and food! great hospitality. We got upgraded to a deluxe room since i was travel-ling with my parents.

We were there for a 2 day trip and wanted something inside the city. A ram was referred to us by someone who had stayed there before. The hotel is good - clean good size room, clean bathroom, good service and very good polite staff. It's well situated inside the city, so going around was easy too. What could be better, is the price and parking. The hotel is quite old and that shows up in the furniture / facilities. While it's not bad, for the price i would have expected something better. Also, the place is going through some renovation and also has a restaurant, which means during peak time it's crowded and parking is a pain, though fortunately they have valet.

Location very asses-able around the city, quite near to jamnagar railway station, and not too far from airport 7/9 km. Reception and other inhouse staff very polite, humble and cooperative.

Its a beautiful heritage property, with great staff services. The quality and taste of food is amazing.
