Poor Stay
when I reached hotel when local body's says this hotel is permanent close .then I feel that MMT has been cheated with me. So I can't check in . this is not fair. so please refund my money otherwise I will complaint against MMT IN CONSUMERS COURT

Best hotel at sector 4 bokaro
Prime location with nice behaviour of its staff, feel like home, best thing hotel for food, very tasty and pocket friendly.

Good stay for family
For business traveler there were not sufficient facilities. There was no wifi connection. Hotel was neat and clean. Value for money Hotel. Location was also good.

Worst stay
Location was okay. Room was very poor. MMT should remove this from their list. No staff is available. They took almost 45 minutes for check-in. Everything was poor. No service was provided. Cleanliness is very poor. Overall it was a terrible stay.

Affordable stay
The stay was very good, the person who takes care of the Hotel was very amiable. But they should work at their facility. They didn't have any wifi connection in the Hotel. Those who stayed there for the official purpose would be difficult to stay. The location of the Hotel was good, but the surrounding area of the Hotel was not good, some construction was going there so it was quite difficult for me to take my car out from there. The room where I stayed was very nice and clean.

Very dirty Hotel
Should not recommend to any one here. This is most dirty Hotel in this country. Bathroom is completely leaking. They don't change bed sheets also. Some one already used room and they allot same room without changing bed sheets. Rooms are completely stinking. I Am wondering how make my trip listed such dirty hotels in list and recommending to its customer. There are so many good hotels surrounding but they are not in your list. I had very bad experience in this Hotel.

Dear Mr. Vikram, we are surprised and shocked at the review of Mr. Vikram on the hotel room he stayed in. To the best of my knowledge I personally attended to him and made his stay comfortable. He thanked me profusely for extending all courtesies and help. I gave him our best room with clean linen and all other amenities which we always provide. Should he have had an issue he should have complained to and I would have taken care of it immediately. We are always at the service of our esteemed guests 24×7. We are saddened that Mr. Vikram's review but apologize to him if he was not satisfied and endeavor to correct ourselves which we continuously do. Moreover, this is the first occasion in so many years of our operations that we have had a review which has made us cut such a sorry figure. We always welcome guest reviews as it gives us an opportunity to improve our services.
