Dear sir, Thanks for your valuable reply on our services, Due to heavy rainfall electricity cut off problem occurring many times, but for this issue we provided Generator back up 25kv, and it is start around 1 minute after cut off electricity. On second feedback we provide hot water in only morning. Thanks
