Review Of Hotel Mahalaxmi

Hotel is good but in room thare are lots of mosquitoes in bathroom, there are some cockroaches

Wash room condition was very bad not to use for any one .we used another wash room in another room or common washroom

It pathetic experience in this hotel, No cleaning, not interested to clean the room, overall ambiance was lacking, no paint on wall, seepage on ceiling, blanket was not clean and something sticky things on the blanket-utterly unhygienic,no towel......Now bath room was like Public toilets-Sulav sauchalya... water was not passing from the sink of toilet....

The bedroom was not clean, the toilet seat was not good, bedsheets were dusty, and the toilet doormat was rotten. overall my experience is very bad because but due to the high demand of the hotel I didn't get a better option at affordable rates.

Nice Budget friendly room …I booked 3*3 AC 3 AC room for only 2500 + 400 tax ….this was awesome deal in Dwarka nearby Dwarkadish temple … We were 9 adults and we stayed in Dwarka only in 300 per person with fully AC room

Dormitory is very good staff is very good floor is clean

very bad experience with this hotel. water is very salty.flush is not working properly. no shampoo available no Colgate. no drinking cool water. Bathroom is very dirty. room is also not clean. Towel and blanket is very dirty. My initial request to all pls do not book this hotel in dwarka. the review is with five star.

There was water leakage in the walls washroom was not cleans strains on the bedsheet they where confuse about booking days which was confirmed by me

staff were completely unprofessional, attitude issue, bad behaviour and manner, not hygiene, bad smell, no internet and wifi, complete mess as against the disclosure in mmt, locality was 4 km away from temple, no Shop even available for water, tea also. no food, no market, don't book this hotel, i was with my 2 yr old child, 75 years old father and wife,they surprised for everything. i checked out within a hour from the hotel and booked another hotel with lower price , better service, near to market and temple within 700 meter radius. request mmt to refund my payment asap since I have not used any service in the hotel.. hope mmt team will do the needful accordingly. very very bad experience although I was using since long time.
