The location of the hotel was good but geyser was not working and blankets were smelly. Not worth the money they were charging.

doing injustice to customers visiting this hotel. They don't pay any attention to any of customer issues or complaints

Location is good, not utilizes any food services but this hotel needs a lots of improvement in cleanliness, sepcially toilet and bedsheet & towels there is no soap and other utilities in toilet. Lack of professional services in hotel.

One of the worst experience i had with this hotel. I reached at the hotel around 11pm with my family and they denied the booking saying the hotel is full. I had my booking confirmed prior to the visit, still the supervisor at this hotel said it is none of our business, i cant't give you room due to high demand on that day. Said i can arrange a room if you cancel the booking with make my trip and pay in cash. God help these fraudsters. "radhe radhe"

It was quite bad experience to stay in this hotel. 1. There was no facility of portable water. 2. Television was not working. 3. Bathing water was extremely hot during the day time. 4. Basic facilities like soap, towel nothing was provided. 5. Intercom e phone was also not there in the room. In the nutshell it was really pathetic experience in this hotel.

Staff was polite and good. Food need to be order in room from some dhaba.

No dining area, no intercom, in toilet only soap, no tea, coffee, no keatly, no wifi, dirty parking pls remove from hotal list it's only bad dharmshala

Smelly room, no separate towel, and there is no WC cover and sitting base

Seepages wall, room electricity every 30 minutes off, and ac wastewater drain all room. Toilet all equipment not working exhaust fan and all tap running electric current.

This is just opposite to Iskon temple and you can get vehicle for Bankebihari temple.

Service and hotel staff was very cooperative.
