Terrible Stay

I got experience very poor in kkd grand hotel.. i occupied yesterday 9 pm and they demanded to vacate 11 am..They told direct hand booking the will permit 24 hours..but in make my trip the permit 12 hours ...this is very bad booking in make my trip app...worst .
