Review Of HOTEL KHANNA GRAAND LODGE A/C

The hotel had 24 hour checkin but MakeMyTrip made it 12pm to 12pm. Our train reached at 4am in the morning and we were able to check in at 5am. So we got the hotel room from 5 to 12. When I asked the hotel for staying in the room till 6pm they refused saying that makemytrip had said 12pm. Crooked makemytrip.

The room was clean with no smell. The staff behaved well located in front of temple is a plus.

Good and comfortable stay

The bedsheets were unclean and we had to literally chase to staff to replace them. The hot water geyser also had troubles.

Rooms are good, manager mr. Arun is good with us and my actual checkin time is after 12 pm but i reached there by early morning 4. 45 am he received good and rooms are very neat.

While booking through make my trip, they are charging rs. 500 more. On enquiry, they told for booking through app, they will charge more. For direct booking the less.

The stay was very good. Very clean room, aminities excellent. Very neat and tidy corridors. Very near to the temple.

Place is small and narrow unable to park big cars and hotel is not worth for the room cost
