Review Of Hotel Kausani Retreat

We have booked family room but they gave us normal room. On next day only they have given us family room , but their all rooms are suffocating and horrible. They have pasted grass carpet on all walls making room horrible. I do not recommend any one to stay their. My family got upset.

Stayed for 2 nights, very old hotel , needs immediate renovation, it was like home stay not a hotel stay, food was very good, needs professional experienced staffs,

Excellent location, rooms where good spacious only issue was little bit low lighting. Food was excellent and staff was very helpful.

Hotel location was great and had a beautiful view from the property we got a call from the hotel for guidance of location and arrival time. Checkin was smooth and rooms was good and clean

When we go to the hotel they, give small room, they shows another room and give small another room, also staff behaviour is not so good, and the gadgets like we ask for room heater their heater also not work, worst experience.

Our property was changed from kausani retreat to kausani regency. Which was an average property with old government building. Food was also poor in taste. Thou kausani retreat was having better room the kausani regency.
