Have no words about stay didn’t felt we are stayed outside .. its just like an another home ...we stay at Gangaa ( room name ) Mr ujjwal, Ishaan and ziddi khan are very much cooperative and helpfull i reached at 10:30pm and after reaching in room felt like full comfortable and relaxed . Kudos to Mr Ujjwal and will definitely recommend for everyone thx

Poor Stay
My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The towels and bedsheets were not clean, which was quite unhygienic. The TV in my room was not working, and even after informing the hotel staff, they did nothing to resolve the issue. Additionally, the lift was non-functional during power cuts, causing inconvenience.

Sorry for inconvenience caused to you sir...we are allways ready to solve issue faced during stay of any guest... as per my internal inquiry with management team issue you faced firstly bedsheet and towel were freshly used but still you faced that you should notify us as you didn't told us about it regarding your entire stay....secondly TV problem was not in our hand it was technical fault which was resolved in few hours....and lastly lift problem i don't think it create problem during your stay as lift was shut down just for 5 to 10 min only when there is power cut and we hardly face this problem......still i apologize rest i assure next time you wont face any problem as our priority is our guest satisfaction.

familyExcellent hospitality by Mr. Ishaan and Mr. Vinay Singh. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and also spacious. Food was provided although there is no in-house restaurant. We had to extend our stay and also accommodate additional guests which was welcomed by the staff and all the requests were handled well. Friendly and nice staff, they guided us about the places to visit. Appreciate the effort by the staff

Amazing hotel, superb service, great location
businessThe location of the hotel is very near to kashi vishwanath temple, manikarnika ghat & dashashamedha ghat, making it an ideal choice. Also, it has local auto and tuk tuk stand just at the corner. They also have their own vehicle arrangements in-case u want to take outstation travels. But the best part of theirs is their outstanding service. I was traveling alone and had fallen sick. They had taken so much care to arrange medicine and specially cooked khitchdi, and did not even take money for it! that goes even beyond the levels of service. I would really recommend the hotel to all the people travel-ling to benaras.
