Review Of Hotel Kara

I stayed at Kara Hotel, Nalagarh from 05 to 07 Nov 25. During this stay, I had to change room 4 times. The rooms are spacious but NOT maintained. The WC flush, the taps, Intercom, AC & Geiser, Wifi etc worked erratically. They did not respond well to my above complaints. The food is average and some items are recycled. The Hotel looks understaffed. Overall below average.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!"

Service is slow. They are not quick responsive. Do not attend the guest frequently staying at their hotel.

Everything is good.

Neat and clean hotel rooms are available in hotel kara. But there are few lacunae like 1. Toilet flush main press button was not working, 2. Small aloe vera soap provided for handwash does not produce any foam at all so may not be of good quality and 3. In washroom when using hot water, while keeping on the geyser, there was little current in water - it's horrible negligence

Very good stay at this hotel. The staff of this is very good behaviour and the room decoration and mantance is very well.

Good stay and good rooms. Also hotel staff very cooperative. Food menu is limited but its ok and good taste.

Pros: hotel was nice, rooms and toilets were clean, room service is nice. Cons: location is not very adequate, quite hard to reach there.

Hotels room was very good and hygienic condition are maintained in hotel complete staff is very corporatise all team are fully trained
