I had really terrible experience, sleepless night, mosquito 🦟 everywhere and bad fool with small room

1. Room size is quite large. 2. Balcony available. 3. Plenty of mosquitoes. 4. They didn't changed the dirty bedsheet despite asking 4 times. 5. No bathing tools like shower gel or soap.

There is no basic amenities like giser, attence for service, access to hotel etc. I felt that the customer who book the room through mm t give them discouraging service and amenities. Because there were other customers who got better attention than us. Henceforth i would also try to book by directly contacting the hotel.

Too much mosquito, room service not good, hot water not available for drinking, too much problem facing in breakfast, lunch and dinner, no housekeeping person available. Geyser not working

what to reply it's not good hotel at all, they don't have power backup, in night once power supply gone will not get generator on. mosquito 🦟 were many as there was no light and water was stagnant in balcony

Room service worst. They do not have even a single staff for room service. Cleaning worst. In my 3 night stay not even a single day brooming is done in room. There is not even a cup of tea available in hotel. Also not in near by area. After my several request in my 3 night stay they have not changed my bedsheets would request to black list such cheater from your portal other wise your brand value will be depreciated.

Room was good, clean, staff was very polite, good behavior.

The owner is very cooperative, rooms are neat and clean, staff are well mannered.

Quite good hospitality at the hotel. Even staff behavior was wonderful. Overall a good stay at this place. If you're looking for luxurious stay at affordable price then go for this.
