Average Stay
Hospitality was amazing, all the staff were very active they quickly respond to my need,also all the accessories and equipment in the room were tidy ,neat and clean and more importantly were in working condition.The only thing I din't like was the food although the meal use to be served on time but there was the lack of quality and quantity as per the cost and sometimes what happened is that "I ordered something and received something else.Apart from food all the things were pretty good.

Manager provide me non AC room first and ask me for more money, after soo many arguments then he provide me the correct room and room also not well cleen and washroom is very poor

Poor Stay
I'm totally disappointed by the hotel's condition, service and facilities. Rooms are in poor condition, smelling very bad, washrooms are not clean, there are no toiletries available, they provide the unpacked water to customers, there's no glass in the rooms, and the lift is not working properly. I felt unsafe, insecure and uncomfortable in this hotel. AC was leaked on sofa. Wardrobe was dirty like it wasn't used by anyone for a long time. I will never prefer and suggest this to anyone.

The room I was given was not clean and dirty bathroom.Also I was given used and dirty blanket. Then I asked for another room.The second room was good.complimentary breakfast was good. staffs were friendly. they also helped me in booking cabs.Need to keep rooms clean.otherwise it's good.hotel is walkable distance to kankaria lake.

Too old property with bad maintenance.
Rooms were not clean, wallpaper was too dirty, and damaged. It's like too old hotel and not maintained properly. Breakfast also not good.

Location of the hotel is good but in room number 314, there was entering a continuous smell & smoke of cigarettes and that’s extremely bad for non smoking travellers like us. Even we complained about the same to the hotel management but they did nothing to resolve the issue & that’s highly objectionable.
