Regret to inform you that it was really bad experience for some of the reasons as below. No record of booking was available at the reception at the time of check-in at around 1700 h. With the great difficulties even after showing records of booking and the payment already made on line, the receptionist could not be made convinced. The receptionist had to make telephone call to hotel authorities to clarify and confirm for quite long and then only the process of allotment of room started. While showing rooms, no differentiation between deluxe and other types of rooms noticed. No explanation from staff. Tv available in the room was not functional at the time of checking in, and could never be made functional during entire stay time. Only unnecessary explanation of their inabilities was made. Ac available in the room was without remote control. It was made on in one speed and remained on throughout without stopping. While requested - again their inabilities. No suitable parking for car. Despite well explained in the previous night itself, faced great difficulty and time to get out my car as it was badly stuck. Again faced unnecessary explanation from hotel staff. Not to talk of other admin problems and behavior of the staff please. Many thanks. Dear the manager " team makemy trip" i appreciate that you have read my points and still want me to continue.
