Very nice hotel. Room is very good. Cooperative staff

property is in a prime location. The only issue is cleanliness. The bathrooms are not clean. Didn't provide water

Experience is excellent , rooms are very nice, location is perfect in main sahastradhara road , service was excellent ,

1) There were no cleanliness in the room although the room was painted but floor was not cleaned properly. 2) In bathroom the shower was not working properly. 3) The housekeeping staff misbehaved and argued said that "Tere jese bahut aate hain yaha pe". We were polite but he was continuously misbehaving. 4) When asked for for hot water to drink they gave us a kettle which was very dirty from inside. 5) We saw a cockroach moving on the floor. 6) LED TV on the wall was not working. 7) One positive to be taken was the hotel receptionist was very good, polite and helpful.

Wrosrt ever experienced. The staff Behavior was not Good. not recommended to everyone. no restaurants available in this property

the *hotel joy inn* is not value for money very disappointed.. room and bathroom are not cleaned well. they must need to work on this.

I called manager 2 times but not received my call before arriving two days stay at hotel. When arrived any how he was sleeping silencing his mobile. No resturent. Room service poor.
