Review Of HOTEL JK RESIDENCY

Room is good and standard. However, Breakfast should include the charge. Moreover, Restuarent was out of order

There should be more work required, Life is not working,Room is different as shown in photo and Local water bottle they are providing.

Hotel location is s great service is good. Staff is good. Hotel room is excellent. Hotel service is good

Lift not working. Service is worst. Gazer is not working. Reception phone not receive. Bad-sheet has not changed. Towel has not changed

It was a horrible experience at the stay. I went there with my family for my counseling and i had booked 2 rooms. They didn’t mention anything as such in the beginning but apparently i was not even allowed to go to the other room throughout my stay and vice versa. The ac, and geyser and bathroom lights could not be provided in at one time and wouldn’t work until you call them each time you enter the room! something or the other would not be working. And during the night when i called the reception for the same, they were unresponsive until the moment my brother walked in to my room to try and unplug the geyser ( the way the staff informed me before, the ac might work because of certain load issue), they suddenly called me up and ask as to why my brother has come to our room and also mentions that if he comes to my room then he should have signed up his name under my room during check-in. Otherwise he is not allowed to visit. The reason i’m so detailed regarding the stay would be super terrible people at the reception, not for family really, because they make it all uncomfortable for you. The point is it should have been at-least mentioned during check-in. You made our stay really awkward.

Pros: courtious staff, well maintained room. Response of the staff are very good. Cons : chairs, water heaters, water bottles, even bathroom soap were not there.
