1. there was no water in washroom when i checked in. 2. on the name of breakfast, they provide, poha, samosa, idly and bara (any one) 3. they buy food outside and serve it to guest. 4. staff sleeps at corridor till 8am so no surprises for people who love visiting railway station 5. receptionist wants to charge you for complementary water.

Excellent Stay

Hotel is newly renovated. Best in class amenities. And one of the most humble stop I have ever seen so far. Room is cozy and comfortable and the hotel is situated in the heart of the market. Looking forward to visit again.

Sir, we also dont want to serve you as well. This is the worst customer we have ever deal with, who stays for 2 days and not ready to pay the extra amount for one more day, on asking he was threatening us by telling he is a supreme court lawyer.
