1. Bad behavior by owner 2. Fooding is not available nearby 3. Lift is not available for elderly people 4. Toilet is not cleaned properly 5. TV channels are not coming

1. Bad behavior by hotel staff 2. Lift not available 3. Toilet not properly cleaned 4. TV is not working I left on the first day. This was my worst experience ever.

Place not clean at all. Please clean the room before accommodations. place should be hygiene.

Hotel not provide towels, also poor room service, there is no continental tea or coffee also

Location is good with a good mountain view. Service is average and need to improve.

The staffs are well behaved and good response. Hotel rooms are need and clean. I like the stay in the hotel very very much. If i have to stay at balangir then my first choice will be geetanjali residensi.

Very specious room, good for business trip and family vacation.
