Overall good as well as location, food and room. All services are good. Good.

Unclean lobby, horrible parking, house keeping bad, no hot water for bath etc etc.

The property location is at prime location. Room is neat & clean but housekeeping service is not good. Geyser is not available. Restaurant service is slow need to be improved.

​I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations, especially considering the great value. ​The room was comfortable and offered a good price, making it a smart choice for a trip. The convenience started right away with on-site parking available directly in front of the hotel—a huge plus for anyone traveling by car. ​Delicious Dining & Variety ​The dining options were a major highlight. The included breakfast was excellent, featuring a varied spread of 5-6 dishes like sandwiches, idli, dahi bada, paratha, fresh fruits, and hot beverages . It was a perfect start to the day. ​The hotel’s food quality, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, was excellent. The menu was incredibly diverse, offering everything from local Oriya cuisine to Indian, Continental, Chinese, and even Mexican dishes. ​We enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the total food bill for three people came to around ₹1800, which was very reasonable given the quality and portion sizes. My six-year-old son particularly loved the chicken item they prepared, which is a testament to how good the food was! ​Amenities ​For those interested, there is also a bar on the premises, adding another convenient option for winding down in the evening. ​Overall: I highly recommend for its comfortable and well-priced rooms, exceptional food variety and quality and convenient amenities like parking. We had a great family experience and would happily stay again!

The location & rooms are very good in the heart of the city. The food is superb and has lot of variety

THIS HOTEL NEAR BY THE KOLKATA AIRPORT . HOTEL ROOM IS VERY CLEAN AND HYGIENIC . STAFF IS ALSO GOOD SPECIALY MANAGER ANIRBAN DATTA. HIS BEHAVIOUR IS SO GOOD AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST IS GOOD .

The restaurant has good delicious food, The room is comfortable. Customer complaints need to be addressed , we complain multiple times that the wifi needs to be recharged during our stay but no one responded.

Mandarin Hotel don't have individual Geezer & not customer centric.

Room not clean.. Chairs full dirty. Bedsheet full of hairs. Coackroches in washroom... floor and walls full dirty

The entire reception and ground floor are under renovation. The service is good, and the rooms are also good, but there needs to be improvement in both service and the cleanliness of the staff.

Good stay in good location although need some improvement in certain services like house keeping. Staff behaviour was good and polite. Some maintenance required to provide hot water which was not sufficient.

There was renovation work going on and the service was bad. It is a badly managed property handled by uneducated professional in the hospitality sector. Only good thing about it was it's location. They didn't seem to care much about customer satisfaction in food, cleanliness, rooms or amenities.

Price high overall good and ambiance awesome

We total 7 ppl stayed in hotel in classic and suite rooms. Lobby work in progress is the only activity. Rest hotel rooms foods and behaviour of staff are very good. We enjoyed staying in the hotel with good food. The resturant also looks good and good also very good. Breakfast menu should have more options

No tea/coffee maker facility available. The room size is smaller than expected for the quoted price. The receptionist refused to provide pick-up from the railway station, even though it was clearly stated in the booking confirmation that railway station pick-up facilities were included. Breakfast options are good. Housekeeping staff are good. The hotel environment is poor due to ongoing renovations.

Hotel is good. Currently renovation work going on for the reception area which makes the entrance bit uncomfortable for the guest. Not enough parking space.
