Review Of Sarojinee Residency

Location,Food quality, Room, Staff Behaviour all are good. I really like this property and am happy to spend some time.

Hotel sarojinee residency is at a great location. Cleanliness is very good and customer care too

Stay was good, house keeping needs improvement. Wash room needs improvement in speed of water flow. Food was good

1- delay check in with twin bed room after complaint they change it 2- hot water not coming 3- bathroom and commode not clean

Property is good but overcharging for breakfast there is limited options so i am not suggesting to book property with breakfast.

The staff members were very helpful. Everything was well arranged. It was a good night sleep.

Bathroom is not maintained well. The room was provided at the top floor when you book, where they there are 3 rooms which is not maintained well.

Geyser was only 1. 5 litres and also not working properly. Water flow from tap was very slow and it took almost half an hour to bath properly. Although food quality was good but waiting time was very long

There was no split ac, only window and service of complementary breakfast was very bad. They ware insisting for idly on besides of parathas and omlet, two persons refused breakfast because they faced same earlier occasion.

Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Also they serve food delicious food without making late. It was a great stay. Looking forward to stay on the next visit.

The location is good. Room is very clean with all basic facilities. I will stay in the same hotel, when visit next time.

The hotel manager and all the staff members were very helpful and well-mannered. The quality, quantity, and taste of the food were good. The room was neat and clean and i had a comfortable stay.
