Bad hotel saw in my life time .service is poor ,no clean in room & bathroom.i money lost for book this hotel

Restaurant food is too expensive as compared to the market, the lift facility should be available, breakfast timing is 8:30 but it is too late it should be 7:00am as i didn't use my complimentary

Property is very easy to find, also room and amenities are good. Only issue is service is a bit delay

Room, towel, bedsheetsand pillow covers was very dirty with bad smell toilet is also not clean

Room facilities good. Room service and food quality batter then other hotels. Attender pitch so polaetly and quick service.

The hotel was actually not value for money. The rooms were not clean. The wash room was also not properly maintained. The a c was in poor condition even-though it was working but it was broken. No hot water was coming in tap or shower. The telephone/ intercom was not working. There was no option to go to reception for ordering a tea. The first day they have billed for breakfast even-though complimentary break fast was available. Room was on 2nd floor and reception was on ground.

Very bad experience, staffs are also very rude, rooms are completely different which photos are available,

Rooms were not clean. Floor was dirty the wash room was fitted with old seat, taps and wash basin. The blanket were also not clean. All electrical fitting were not properly functioning. Overall it was terrible experience to stay in the hotel.

It was a pathetic experience. The room was horribly dirty. Bathroom was uncleaned. Bedsheet was dirty. Room ambience was not good. Totally wastage of money. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

No, temperature check at hotel and no sanatising.
