Review Of hotel Jasica Palace & restaurant

No cleanliness rooms very small for extra bedding restaurant food not at all good all utensils not clean no wardrobe no tea coffee no water no kettle at room. No room service below average service

My stay in jasica palace was absolutely amazing. Rooms was nice view was amazing food was 👍 although room service is a bit slow but rest everything is fantastic.

The best and the only best thing is the location of the property if anybody want a place in the open mountains and far from the crowd than this has to be the best pick but only thing is about to concern is the maintenance of the rooms , food was also good my overall experience was good if you can adjust with that condition of the rooms at that price point

Pathetic room service, no hygiene and cleanliness, door locks were not working, leakage in toilets, dirty and torn blankets, food was average, only positive was location and view.

Great experience with comfortable stay nice view from room and hygienic food, we stayed in massoorie but it was too crowded, then we decided to change our location and found this property and everything went excellent the place is peaceful and cold. I recommend to bring your winter clothes if you visit this place even during the summers.

I stay here with my family it’s a good hotel with good food and service, himalaya view location, a good location for photography also. Visit and enjoy the mountains views

Ok. Ok. Stay was good, service was also good only on the internet & phone network is poor. Quality of food is standard.

No tv. No water. No food like non veg. Clothes are not washed. We have already left hotel without breakfast

The resort was very nice, but it needs some changes. Secondly it was not worth 9000. Overpriced

Awesome location, very friendly staff, rooms and bed were very comfortable, we were 11, came for anniversary and had a very nice time

What a beautiful and peaceful place to spend your vacations on hills. Location of this hotel is the main thing that can attract anyone. Food also comes under good category if not the best. The only thing that bothered us is the slow service and that too because of the distance between the kitchen and the room, as it is located far away from rooms, that too i hope will get sorted out soon as promised by the owner. Lastly staff is really helpful and hard working. I wish all of them success in life.

Room's are too small, no tv channels for kids.
