Excellent location, Room was quite big , staff was very supportive we requested for 2 Hr early check-in and 1 Hr late check-out and both request were accepted. Food was delicious and complimentary breakfast was tasty as well . I will highly recommend DLS TCR .5 ⭐

It is well situated on road near to Market and Eco park just walk in distance. Ample parking is available. Staff behaviour was just perfect and cooperative. Whatever you want they provided us without any hesitation. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Tea/Coffee mugs with tea power provided in the room. Food was just awesome and delicious. The price was justified.

It was worst hotel of my life, no proper lighting, curtains not covering window properly, bed has old sheet and smelling no cover on blankets seems that some one already has used it feels very discomfort. It looks like sarkar dharamshala

The location of hotel is very good. Food was also very good. Elevator was not there so there may be difficulties for senior citizens and physically chalanged peoples. View from front side/ lobby was excellent but from rooms balcony was littel obstructing. Accommodation was very good.

Hey! how'd you feel after being treated 'Royal', obviously amazing. The same happens at the Royal Residency, Dhanaulti, UK. The Residency staff takes care of all your stuff like your baggages, room shifting, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, first ⛑️ aid, emergency assistance etc. My stay at The Royal Residency was actually amazing, rooms were classified really well and the interiors were equally taken care of with a mild essence of flowers. If you are planning to visit Dhanaulti, must plan your stay at The Royal Residency. 🙏😇👍🏻

Nice location, delicious food a

We stayed in this property for 2nights. The hotel was way above than what we expected. Nice and comfortable stay. Hospitable host and staff. Specially mr sanjay singh ji. The kitchen staff was very helpful and took great care of our food and kid's meal. Overall a very nice and enjoyable stay

The location is good and very close to eco park. The overall experience was good. Food was well prepared and tasty. The only concern is that they need to work on fulfilling atleast basic amenities as a normal practice. They shouldn't be chargeable. One last point, the rooms (including) balcony rooms doesn't have any direct hill view.

Hotel is good and it's staff behaviour is also good. The only issue is have with its geyser. It's taking too much time to heat the water and in -2 degree temperature you need a lot of time to wait for it.
