Review Of Hotel Janki

During my visit to Hotel Janki, the Hotel was going through serious renovation. Not a single guest apart from us was present. The staff was nice but due to this renovation, everything was dirty.

I can write 10 pages but there is space restriction. Despite booking on line 6 weeks before he had allotted room to others. I went at 03.00 AM from the station. He was sleeping and not willing to get up. When I insisted that i had booked online, he gave us a small, nasty, unclean room saying he would give another room later which he did. This room had no luggage rack, no drinking water, no trash bin, no towel, no hot water, sea water in the bath room. The bed was put on a concrete platform. Is this what a customer expects? Please remove these hotels from your portal.

No service, dirty bathroom, very poor water disposal system in bathroom. They have shifted us in three rooms in two days.

Hotel is not clean room and bathroom. Very bad experience in Hotel. Time of book Hotel under the room tv, phone but time of Hotel check in not provide tv, phone and very dirty room
