location is good. however the staff should be more attentive. Did not see the FOM or GM for all the days I stayed. Room had a musty smell. but most of all what irked me the most was I asked the Reception if I could have a newspaper. Reception staff informed that newspaper would be available after 11am. when I went after that time I was told that there was No newspaper available. A star rated hotel cannot provide a newspaper to a guest! Also we had dinner at the restaurant. The spinach and mushroom dish was awfully. was too salty. the chef simply came and asked what was wrong and offered to remake the dish. by this time we had already had the food. the least hotel could do was offered to not charge the dish. Also, the restaurant manager should have someone service your coffee machine. Its a joke. we ask for a cappuccino and we get Latte. the machine should be sold in scrap and get a new one.

Stay Date: 21st to 23rd August, 2024 I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree in Dwarka for a short trip and had a largely excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the process was seamless. The check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and efficient, which is always appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were a true asset – consistently polite, courteous, and humble. Their attentive and friendly service made the stay feel welcoming. My room was very comfortable. The decor was modern and appealing, and the linen was fresh and clean. The toiletries provided were also of good quality. The dining experience was a highlight. The breakfast buffet was good with a solid variety of options to start the day. For dinner, the variety was equally impressive, but the true standout was the live music performed every evening. It added a fantastic layer of vibrancy and enjoyment to the meal, creating a wonderful atmosphere. There was a minor hiccup with the in-room locker, but it's worth highlighting that the staff resolved the issue immediately upon mention, which was very reassuring. To offer some constructive feedback for an even better stay: · The swimming pool area could use a little more attention in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. · A small welcoming gesture like a complimentary tea or soft drink on arrival would be a lovely touch after a journey and would truly elevate the first impression. Overall, it was a very positive stay. The combination of comfortable rooms, great food, fantastic live music, and most importantly, the wonderful staff, makes me happy to recommend the Lemon Tree Dwarka. Thank you for a memorable stay!
