Review Of Hotel Jaisalmer

Below average experience, tidy room with dirty pillows and bed sheets, no proper hot water in washroom, and room is not properly cleaned especially bathroom

*terrible condition of rooms, bad behaviour of staffs, not worth the money* it was a terrible experience. At first, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the rooms. Both the rooms were given in the basement where the stairs were to steep for old people to go down or go up. Coming to the condition of the room, they were damp, dirty, washrooms were terrible and smelly. The beds and rooms were small for someone to take rest, at least. We couldn't even use the beds freely. Proper rooms weren't given even after complaining. The experience was not worth the money. On complaining to the employees, they told us to leave with refund. On saying, we couldn't contact their given number, they also alleged that we didn't call ever when i had proof of calling them over 20 times. Terrible experience all in all. I recommend not to opt this stay.

The rooms are pathetic. The washroom is broken. The pot seats are broken. The room shown in picture is completely different from whatit actuallyis. There is no bedsheet on the bed. The beds are dusty. You cant even spend a night to sleep. The caretaker were sleeping when we arrived. And had to wait for atleast 30 min for them to wale up and show us out pathetic room. Never had i booked a worse room than this. Worst experience ever.

We booked 3 standard rooms in hotel jaisalmer. We have done very late check in with proper information to hotel. We get very uncleaned rooms & bathrooms, hot water not supplied and bathroom light was not illuminated in one wash room and room dust bin not available and main door inside lock not working. Our stay was very short, we had very bad experience. I afraid to say this is not mm t class hotel. I am not interested any further comment. I given comment for my stay in mysore hotel. But while booking for jaisalmer hotel my concession code of rs 1600 not allowed. This is not good in business terms. One side proposing customer for concession but next time not allowing that in next booking. Very bad. This will propagate among my relatives and friends.

Behavior of owner is very good.

I had an excellent stay at hotel jaisalmer. Special thanks to owner mr kapil sharma who personally went to railway station at 5 am in the morning to save us from the touts. I will just list pros and cons of this hotel. Pros - 1. Excellent location. Fort is walking 400 meters. 2. Very supportive staff. 3. Very moderate price of the rooms. 4. View from the family( 3 bed) room is great. 5. There is parking space available for the hotel which is very rare for jaisalmer. Cons - there are some things like tv and ac which could have functioned better. But as this is just starting of the season and hotel is new, i hope it will be improved. Overall really happy with the stay.

I visited hotel jaisalmer rajasthan excellent hotel with great service and location is so good nearby to fort with family it's very easy to catch up all things. Rooms are really nice and hotel jaisalmer also provide desert safari in good budget which is next level experience we suggest must visit hotel jaisalmer.
