Hotel room cleaning and hotel services are very good.

Except for the, nothing was there. We had to tell them to change linen. Rooms are on 3rd floor, most of the time lift is not working. Imaagine sr. Citizens, 3rd floor and lifts not working. It's difficult ordering food from outside. It's thru zomato. Hotel provides only tea that too cold and dark tea, looks as if it has been reheated many a times

When staff move in the hotel, you can hear them. Mosque loudspeaker nearby will wake you up around 5am.

Location is very good, near to main center of town. Food is not served by hotel however many good eating options nearby available.

Very x lose to the bus stand. Auto fare to bardoli station where all the rateries & shopping area is, is rs 20, ie its closeby. Hotel is clean, courteous staff. Food is an issue as their own restaurant is not running. Probably due to covid. Also. Late checkout for about 2 to 3 hours is not allowed, even when the hotel was vacant

They should take temperatures every-time a new traveller enters the hotel for first time and the staff should come inside only after knocking. The charges of food was a bit expensive
