The absence of toiletries and a side table in the room was also notable. However, it is worth noting that the check-in process was remarkably smooth and efficient, and the hotel's location is undoubtedly advantageous. In conclusion, while the Hotel Heritage exhibits considerable potential, it is imperative that certain lacunae be addressed in order to elevate the overall guest experience.
